Sportstec is an international youth development agency founded in 2006 and based in South Africa. The organisation specialises in using sport as a tool for social impact, designing and delivering programs that support youth development, education, health, leadership, and community wellbeing.

Sportstec develops sport-based interventions that connect young people, schools, communities, governments, NGOs, and corporate partners around shared social and developmental goals. Its work is guided by a unifying philosophy known as Sport2Life, which promotes learning, personal growth, and positive life skills through structured sport participation.

Sportstec’s services include:

  • Design and conceptualisation of youth and community development programs.
  • Implementation of sport-for-development initiatives.
  • Capacity building for schools, educators, and community organisations.
  • Strategic partnerships with public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

The organisation has worked with schools, community programs, and global brands to deliver scalable initiatives, including active schools programs, youth engagement projects, and community-based development interventions aimed at long-term social impact.
